Learn how to get the most out of Table Hoarder.

Account Management

Account settings are accessible from the user menu in the top navigation bar. From there you can manage your email address, password, passkeys, two-factor authentication, and your workspace data.

mail Email

Update the email address associated with your account. A confirmation email will be sent to the new address before the change takes effect.

lock Password

Change your account password. You'll need to enter your current password to set a new one. If you signed up via an external provider and have never set a password, use Set Password instead.

key Passkeys

Passkeys are a passwordless sign-in method tied to your device (fingerprint, face ID, or PIN). You can register multiple passkeys for different devices and remove ones you no longer use.

database Manage Data

The Manage Data page gives you control over your workspace data:

  • cloud_upload Export Backup — download a JSON file containing all your workspaces, folders, tables, and lists.
  • cloud_download Import Backup — restore from a previously exported backup file. This adds the workspaces from the backup to your account without removing existing data.
  • delete_forever Delete Account — permanently deletes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
