Table Hoarder collects only the minimum information necessary to operate the service. This includes:

• Your email address, used solely to create and manage your account
• A hashed password or passkey credential for authentication
• The content you choose to create and store within the service (workspaces, lists, tables, and related data)

We do not collect your name, location, device information, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Table Hoarder service to you. Your email address is used only for account management purposes such as login, password reset, and email confirmation. It is never sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used for marketing of any kind.

3. No Tracking

Table Hoarder does not use analytics platforms, advertising trackers, or any third-party tracking technologies. We do not track your behavior on the site, build profiles about you, or share any usage data with outside parties.

4. Your Right to Delete Your Data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account settings page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to you. We do not access, read, or use your content for any purpose other than storing and returning it to you when you use the service.

6. Law Enforcement

We do not voluntarily share your data with any government or law enforcement agency. However, we may disclose your information if required to do so by a valid legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Table Hoarder after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
